We are looking for an experienced Account Manager focused on medium sized enterprises in Central America. The ideal candidate has sales experience with a terrific reputation for over-achieving quota by growing revenues in existing customers as well as penetrating new accounts.
He / she should be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against an account coverage plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and deep technical background that enables him or her to drive engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers, IT architects, and other customer executives.
The Account Manager will be an exceptionally strong analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments and has very strong communication and presentation skills.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Drive revenue and market share in a defined account list or industry vertical.
Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
Develop and execute against a comprehensive account / territory plan.
Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
Accelerate customer adoption by engaging with C-level and different stakeholders.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Expect moderate travel.

5-8 years of experience in direct field working with medium-sided business accounts.
5+ years of technology sales experience with a focus on outside sales (quota-carrying)
5+ years of experience in positioning and selling technology in new customers and new market segments
5+ Years of experience in proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer’s business
5+ Years of experience in Translating customer business and technology priorities into technology solutions
5+ Years of experience of track record of consistent territory growth and quota obtainment
Being able to communicate fluently in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
Knowledgeable about Salesforce.com.
Cloud Computing market knowledge
A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus.
