In joining Adobe's Digital Media, Finance organization you will have the opportunity to help drive Adobe's strategic roadmap by partnering with the Digital Media business, sales, product, and finance organization, acting as their strategic financial advisor.
In this role, you will focus on designing and improving processes and investment decision-making frameworks that ensure we are efficiently allocating capital across our portfolio while continuously measuring the long-term and short-term impacts of strategic investments.
You should be a strong partner, who enjoys forming relationships with people across Adobe. You will support deep dives into the underlying assumptions and quantitative details of all analyses, as well as make recommendations based on the insights you develop.
You should also be comfortable taking on assignments from scratch and driving them to completion.
Help Adobe Digital Media decide where to deploy its resources to maximize / improve long term strategic value
Work to optimize our approach to balancing growth vs. profitability
Develop new processes, analytical and investment frameworks, tools, and techniques to drive effective decision making
Leverage subject-matter-experts across the organization to build and refine the business case
Support the preparation of materials for leadership discussions to evaluate strategic investments and initiatives
Provide ad-hoc support to guide strategic and operational decisions
Knowledge & Skills
4-6 years of Financial Services experience, ideally in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Consulting
Outstanding presentation and partnership skills, ability to balance multiple projects and work with key business partners.
High attention to detail with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to take charge, set objectives, deliver results; team focused.
Passion for and deep understanding of the digital / consumer internet and SaaS landscapes, including knowledge of industry trends, metrics, and key players
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in SQL
Top-tier academic background; MBA highly desired
