The Digital Media business at Adobe is a multi-billion dollar business and customer engagement & retention is one of the top strategic priorities for the company.
The Digital Media Engagement team is responsible for defining the strategy & operating framework for driving customer engagement while growing customer lifetime value across Creative Cloud.
The Creative Cloud Engagement team has a single, but complex mission, to make our existing customers engage more frequently and more deeply with Adobe products to drive retention.
In this role, you will be a strategic leader responsible for defining and owning the engagement strategy for our mobile products within our flagship bundle offerings.
You will be responsible for understanding the overall business objectives for the segment and build specific strategies to get users to engage more deeply with our products.
In this highly cross-functional role you will also be expected to manage the execution of your strategy across the Campaign Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Product and Growth teams.
The role will require a combination of strategic thinking, customer empathy and the ability to go deep into the data (both quant and qual) to determine the right strategy to move the needle on our key KPIs.
The role requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.
Colorado Starting Salary : $114,300 - $148,500
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
