Job Description

Provides service to customers that may include, answering questions, and / or providing information about an organization or service.

Telephone or mail (including electronic) interaction. Generate indicators from different data streams and track progress for services technical tickets.

May work as part of a team or as an individual. May require use of office automation to enable and report on the outcomes.

This includes the use of a computer, Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook.

The individual will be responsible for monitoring e-mail requests. Those requests will go from ask to look for specific data in defined data storage locations to follow up with data owners to obtain asked support question.

Also, will be required to generate reports in MS Office tools like excel, word, ppt.

Skills required : We are looking for a person with Good English verbal and communication skills; Working knowledge of MS Excel.

The candidate should have knowledge of Integrated Circuits, Electronics, schematics. Knowledge of tools such as ATE testers, Oscilloscope, Digital Multi-meter DMM, etc, microscope
