Funciones del Puesto

The individual in this position is responsible for working with new and existing clients to provide telecom services on their behalf.

Ability to set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details, data, information, and activities

Place orders and follow up with the carries making sure all orders are up to date

Maintaining clear communication with the customer, agents in all order stages

Support customers during activation calls, closing orders, and processes to active billing

Managing project progress and adapting to work as required

Maintain positive relationships with customers / agents by identifying their needs

Follow up with customers, sales agents, and carriers to confirm if the request is fulfilling the requirements agreed to in the contract

Ability to comprehend the end-to-end provisioning process

Identify and resolve issues and conflicts with carrier circuit installs / activations

Requisitos del Puesto

Main requeriments

Advanced English level 90% or above written and spoken

High School Diploma or its equivalent

Work well under high pressure and able to manage a high volume of emails

Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize requests in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

Ability to set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details, data, information, and activities.

Liaising with clients to determine the project’s objectives

Confident working independently while able to escalate items you are unsure about

Experiencia Deseada

6 months to a year of customer service experience is required

1 or more years of experience working with computers and multiple software applications such as office packages (Teams, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
