Senior Network Operations Engineer (DevOps / NetOps)

Our ideal candidate is someone who has a passion to lead, architect, design, document, and implement comprehensive platform solutions using security best practices.
Your Area of Focus
Implement products, platforms, software, hardware, or appliance-based solutions related to network and network security
Perform system and network maintenance including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
Monitor the infrastructure and network by responding appropriately to alerts and events
Use tools for administration, maintenance, automation, and visualization reporting
Respond to incidents from triage through resolution, including escalations, where appropriate
Respond to infrastructure repairs, including directing remote activities to maintain operational effectiveness for services
Provide data center support where appropriate
Document daily shift activities in appropriate reporting and ticketing tools and ensure proper pass down of any outstanding issues
Participate in on-call rotation
Responsible for up-time and performance SLAs
Partner with Security, IT, and software development teams.
Your Professional Qualifications
7+ years of experience in system and network configuration, installation, and troubleshooting
Must have an understanding of open-source and other tools to assist in maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting and performance analysis
Must be familiar with various platforms VMWare, Windows 2016 Clustering, Cisco, HP, F5, Dell Blades
Must be familiar with iSCSI / NFS / SAN Storage (Purestorage, NetApp)
Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
Automation mindset using Powershell, Ansible, Terraform, Python
Expert in Windows and Linux OS management
