What does a great (Data Analyst) do?

As a Data Analyst, you will be involved in projects which require data analysis, efficient metrics reporting using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, excel etc.

querying out data from different source systems based on SQL / Oracle and building dashboards

Basic Qualifications for Consideration :

Business requirement gathering and scope documentation

Project tracking, team management and mentorship

6-7 years of experience in data analytics domain.

Should have extensive hands on various data preparation techniques.

Strong knowledge in building dashboards using Tableau / PowerBI

Good exposure on development and deployment of ETLs using tools like SSIS

Strong data preparation and analysis capabilities using SQL Server, Advanced Excel and VBA

Good exposure on SSRS and SSAS

Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

Excellent attitude and ability to contribute to a team

Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in the data and analyses

Ability to work in a global collaborative team environment

Experience in banking / cards domain will be added advantage

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education :

Retail Banking and debit cards domain knowledge

R, Python, Sharepoint

Travel required : Might have 20% travel
