Position Purpose & SummaryOur creative services team is seeking an experienced and hands-on video producer. If you have strong video production and storytelling skills, are well-versed in post-production tools and digital publishing, and want to play a pivotal role in creating and managing the production of cutting-edge global content for Cargill, this is the job for you.
The ideal candidate is creative and able to create and transform storyboards and concepts into high-quality assets that educate, inspire, and accurately depict and promote the brand.
The candidate is highly collaborative, organized, efficient, understands market, a master multi-tasker and capable of partnering across several disciplines (and stakeholders) to solicit input;
respond to and integrate feedback; manage and track schedules and production milestones; and map to overall product and content releases.Principal Accountabilities
75% - Develop, produce and edit videos and related multimedia digital assets.
15% - Liaise with business partners to gather project information, provide creative insights, present work and obtain feedback.
5% - Manage workload, project tasks and media assets to help maintain up-to-date team databases, processes and storage systems.
5% - Help define and deliver engaging videos by keeping up with evolving creative trends and new technology.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably with advertising, film studies, marketing or strategic communications focus
3 or more years of related experience in professional video production and editing
Strong producing and video editing skills with knowledge of various post-production tools and software
Comfortable working with existing assets to adapt them in new ways that stand out on various channels (ex. social media)
Balanced set of production skills such as audio and video recording and editing, shot composition and storyboarding
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and similar software
Function as a core member of the team, working collaboratively with colleagues and partners and able to take direction
Manage multiple projects and deliver work in a timely fashion with a positive can-do attitude
Very organized and detail-oriented
Strong technical background in video production and editing
Basic knowledge of video codecs and formats
Basic knowledge of and demonstrated abilities in graphic design
Bilingual English / SpanishPreferred Qualifications
Familiarity with various broadcast and file delivery formats and compression settings
Familiarity with digital and media asset management tools and systems
