Our Mechanical Staff Engineer will provide facilities engineering leadership to site organizations in support of safety, reliability, quality, environmental, and cost objectives.

Has extensive experience and knowledge of a specific facilities discipline or series of systems, including Wet Mechanical, Exhaust (Dry), Process, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, cleanroom environment, and micro contamination.

Support projects, factory task forces, cross-site and cross-discipline teams, and incident resolutions. Act as Intel's System Owners for sustaining and improving existing systems.

Is accountable for safety, system operations, auditing maintenance procedures, reliability, and cost. Our engineer's role model a commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence at a competitive cost.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Maintenance from an accredited university.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the relevant job in areas such as facilities HVAC, exhaust / cleanroom environment 10K and 100K class cleanroom at technology or medical industry, including micro contamination.
  • Advance level in Office Packages.
  • Data Analysis and Problem Solving Methodologies.
  • Proficient level of English.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Maintenance from an accredited university.
  • Knowledge in Jump.
  • Ability to communicate tactical concepts across a wide range of employees; from engineering peers to operational technicians to management.
  • The candidate has a proven experience in stakeholders' management and project management in the related experience.
  • The ideal candidate must exhibit the following behavioral traits :

  • Ability and willingness to learn / grow into technical areas beyond current education and area of expertise / experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively as an individual with minimal direction, and as part of a larger team.
