To Provide overall vision, direction and long term strategyfor the PWS Project Support team
Responsible for team compliance with applicable standards,guidelines, policies, and practices
Ensure team growth, not only in terms of adding newcompetencies / functions but also leveraging the expertise of the team.
Ensure that the resource allocation plan is kept up-to-date;analyze resource utilization and capacity planning.
To provide an efficient and reliable infrastructure to meetcustomer demands and service delivery
Ensure open and constant communication with remotemanagers / customers to understand short and long term needs and follow up ondirect team’s results
To provide business level reporting to upper managementregarding team status, organizational planning, metrics, key processes andstrategy.
To set performance objectives and expectations for directreports and holds them accountable for the achievement of the results
To develop and track metrics and KPI’s to monitor team’sperformance and to seek opportunities for continuous improvements
To define training needs for the team, complete andimplement an annual plan.
Ensure close coaching and development of leadership team
Attend appropriate management-level meetings
Schedule and lead regular group meetings to ensure thatgroup members are aware of changing policies, standards, and processes and anyother communications.
Manage Team Budget (Cost Center)
Ensure proper approvals of expense reports, timesheets and teaminvoices.
Effectively work within the matrix structure and ensurecollaboration / networking with the business leaders of the differentdepartments, countries and world areas
Create and foster a positive environment for work andprofessional growth
Business Administration Degree or related degree.(MBA preferred).
5+ years of management / leadership experience
Emphasis on staff and personal development
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook,specially Advanced Excel, Visio, Power Point (Graphics is a must)
Excellent communication skills written and oral
High Interpersonal skills
Financial analysis capabilities / budgeting and costmanagement
Fluent english (spoken and written)
