Better requiresprocess discipline and simplification

You ll Analyze digital transactions from a real-time queue (offline), orfrom inquiries received over the phone (online / inbound), as well as performoutbound phone calls as needed, and other tasks (as assigned).

Also, you ll reviewand analyze digital transactions activity to evaluate potential fraud followingcompany policy, resolve complex problems independently by finding coherentpatters from incoherent data sets.

This role will ensure an excellent customerservice experience on every case handled (inbound or outbound) direct contactwith consumers, as required, to validate suspicious transactions and performthe work assigned and have in general a demeanor that follows the Western Unionbehaviors.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualificationsyou will have :

  • Excellent spoken,written, and listening ability to communicate effectively in English (B2+)
  • Excellent spoken, written, and listening ability tocommunicate effectively in German
  • Demonstratedanalytical and organizational skills
  • Flexible mindset andopen to new responsibilities
  • Effectively able tomanage tasks under increased level of pressure due to high volume peaks
  • Proactive,independent individual with the discipline to focus on the task at hand
  • Customer centricmindset
  • Experience with fraudmonitoring and / or payments background desired
  • Online or bankingexperience desired
  • Intermediate skillsin Microsoft Excel desired
  • Prior customerservice experience would be considered an advantage
