JOB TITLE : Brand Activation Executive

FUNCTION : Marketing

CITY & COUNTRY : Costa Rica, Nicaragua y Panamá


Reports to : Brand Activation Manager

Geographic Scope : Costa Rica Nicaragua - Panama

Travel Required : 6 Days per month


  • Recommend brand activities to the Brand Manager and carry out specific assignments in respect of product, communication and creative development, sponsorship, direct marketing activity, to support Brand Manager and to ensure correct brand plans implementation for each end market (Costa Rica, Nicaragua y Panamá)
  • Assist the Brand Activation Team in developing brand plans to ensure fully knowledge and support for each end market (Costa Rica, Nicaragua y Panamá).
  • Maintain effective working relationships on delegated assignments with trade marketing and product and when necessary international brand management, to facilitate the exchange of brand information and implementation of agreed brand strategies.
  • Support in the evaluation of brand packaging to ensure agreed standards are achieved and maintained for each end market (Costa Rica, Nicaragua y Panamá).
  • Brief and develop materials for, and support, the Brand Manager in the communication of brand plans and activities to ensure the correct implementation of brand activities.
  • Monitoring agency activity in the development and production of effective brand way of working.
  • Develop effective brand merchandising and promotional strategies that are relevant to the market.
  • Provide support in the development of new brands, by developing timing plans and overseeing production of research materials, artwork, packaging, product and communications to ensure they are developed on schedule.

    Experience Required

  • 2 years of experience in marketing within an international FMCG
  • At least one year experience in Trade Marketing.
  • Experience in designing creative, quality consumer products.
  • Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

    Ability to align and motive teams to achieve shared goals.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, being able to get your point across concisely.
  • Capacity to demonstrate thought leadership and able to influence at all levels inthe organization.
  • Deep experience in digital product development in B2C or B2B products
  • Strong in analytics, structured, data-driven and good interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
  • Experience working with Consumer insights.
  • Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

  • Advanced graduate degree in business administration, marketing or related field typically preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office package (Excel, Power Point)
  • English Level B2
