The Opportunity

As Customer Success Manager at Adobe you will provide focus on Adobe’s Marketing Automation (Marketo) technology by handling a portfolio of customers in the commercial space.

In addition, our team works very closely with the respective Growth Account Executives, Marketing, Consulting and Product specialists to develop new value propositions, build awareness and reveal new growth opportunities.

This role sits in our Denver office and reports to a Sr. Manager of Customer Success.

What You'll Do :

  • Actively manage the success of a portfolio of assigned Marketo customers.
  • Be responsible for retention, development, and up-selling of focused accounts.
  • Able to support a high-volume portfolio and work effectively to ensure customer adoption.
  • Engage Customers in regular business reviews to ensure adoption, marketing maturity advancement, and during critical issues to drive rapid resolution
  • Close renewal business on a monthly basis, meeting or exceeding your quarterly quota.
  • Assist with streamlining of systems and processes to further enhance automation and efficiency
  • What you need to succeed :

  • 0 1 years’ experience in SaaS Renewal
  • Experienced with MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and written communication skills with customers
  • Ability to excel in a fast growing / fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
  • Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
  • Sales experience a plus
