The SourcingConsultants – Americas are regional roles and include (but NOT limited to) thefollowing responsibilities:
·Working with and influencing internal stakeholders / business partners, assistingthem in the process of sourcing and engaging suitable contractors in a timelymanner
·Must havea “can do” attitude and willingness tohelp and solve business problems
·Provideguidance on risk mitigation and local legislative requirements, corporatepolicies and procedures
·Building and maintaining strong relationships with selected staffingagencies, suppliers, and other external stakeholders, while keeping themaccountable
·Ensuring various specific objectives or KPI’s, like driving increase inmanaged spend, savings or greater adoption of the CWP are met
·Identifying, proposing, and implementing business process improvementsprojects, as well as application or VMS enhancements
·Negotiating and/or reviewing pricing, commercials and associatedsupplier agreements of varying complexity and for various services to mitigaterisk and ensure compliance with Oracle’s guidelines
·Reviewing and dispositioning supplier agreements inherited from Mergerand Acquisition (M&A) activities
·Leading regional/global projects and drafting business summaries and/orexecutive approval requests
·Conducting high-dollar as well asad-hoc sourcing activities including RFI’s, RFQ’s, and RFP’s as needed
·Providing assistance on Human Capital Management (HCM) queries andissues
·5 – 8 years of relevant work experience and a BS/BA degree or equivalent
·Specific experience in the field of recruitment, staffing, MSP / VMSand/or managing contingent labor spend category is strongly preferred
·Experienceof leading complete RFP/RFI process to select new suppliers as partners; aswell as renegotiating existing contracts is an advantage
·Highly cultivated interpersonal skills and a proven ability to buildrelationships with and influence individuals both up and down theorganizational hierarchy
·Excellent oral and written communication skills and a proven ability towork effectively with both internal and external stakeholders on a regional,global, and/or virtual basis
·Candidate must also have strong organizational skills and be comfortablemulti-tasking in a fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-driven environment

Responsible for obtaining materials, components, equipment, and services while ensuring the best quality at the best value.
As a member of Oracle's International Electronic eBusiness Center, you will consolidate, negotiate and manage a regional supply base. interface between our regional subsidiaries, suppliers, and/or Corporate Finance team. Place, expedite, and status orders daily in accordance with Oracle's Global Purchasing/Finance policy. Monitor the cost, schedule, and scope of assigned standard and nonstandard contracts. Manage supplier invoice holds. Analyze global spending trends and recommend cost saving opportunities. Identify, propose and initiate implementation of process efficiencies/improvements. May provide feedback to Product Development on product usability. May assist in training of new buyers and end users.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Extensive commodity knowledge, excellent written and oral communication, customer service, computer and negotiation skills, and ability to multitask. 5 year experience and BS/BA degree or equivalent.
