Our team is working rapidly to build a cutting-edge single-page web application that is bound to revolutionize the entertainment industry.
You will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, performance, and stability of critical SQL Server systems supporting this application.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL AT GREENSLATE?
In depth MS SQL Server Database Administration experience.
Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization.
Experience with MS SQL Server Databases on Cloud environments.
Familiarity with software development life cycle.
WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE?
Configure and maintain MS SQL servers and processes.
Ensuring availability and performance of the databases that support the system.
Implement best practices on MS SQL Server databases and servers.
Assist developers with complex query tuning and schema refinement.
Design and implement well-architected and scalable database solutions.
Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time.
Frequently report to management on database performance, progress, and next steps.
Ownership over monitoring, alerts, and resolving any downtime or production issues.
