    This role reports to the Marketing and Operations Lead (M&O Lead) who is manager of the M&O team and thus is responsible for leading, creating, and orchestrating processes across all business groups locally.

    This means the Business Program Manager (BPM) assists the M&O Lead execute the role in the following areas :

  • Plays trusted advisor and business partner to the local leadership
  • Ensures quality plans in place to drive growth Takes action based on insights from execution Strives for excellence in project and process based work, simplifying processes without compromising outcomes Provides increased transparency and integration across all groups The BPM is a senior business partner that leads key decisions across the business as well as marketing planning and governance.
  • Supporting the General Manager (GM) in Key Strategic projects

  • Qualifications

    Experience and Qualification include :

    Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3+ years of Marketing / Operations / Sales / Program Management experience and should be self-motivated, confident in working with senior leaders and comfortable working in a matrix organization.

    Candidate needs to be able to achieve results through influence across multiple organizations.

  • Bachelor’s in business management, information technology, or related field, and / or equivalent experience
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills plus fluent in Spanish required
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, especially in a matrix organization
  • A strong business aptitude coupled with an affinity or appreciation for technology and the advancement of technology in thriving organizations
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and coordinate multiple work streams of activities
  • Knowledge and understanding of the financial and operational functions of a delivery organization budget, time keeping, optimizing cost, escalation processes, invoicing, capacity management)
  • Ability to develop strong, productive relationships with colleagues and management to meet targeted objectives
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to define metrics, reports, interpret results, and make recommendations on appropriate courses of action
  • Excellent English & Spanish verbal and written communication, collaboration, organizational, time management, presentation, skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented with strong capabilities to lead and thrive in start-up type organizations
