What You’ll Achieve
As a Group Manager of Hardware Services Program Management team, you will manage highly engaged Service Delivery Program Managers and work with a wide and diverse set of people and resources to define, build, and manage service delivery to ensure customer success with NI services.
In support of these efforts, you will work closely with the following Internal teams :
Global Services Product Marketing and Product Management Teams
Global Sales and Services Sales Management Teams
Global Customer and Sales Operations Teams
NI Manufacturing in Hungary, China, Malaysia, and the United States
What You’ll Do
Team Leadership : Lead, manage, and develop a team of 10 service program management professionals; Work with business leaders to identify and priorities execution of service agreements;
Provide input and business justification for organization’s roadmap and development; Work effectively with peer managers and leaders to achieve shared goals
Program / Project Management : Lead team members to ensure high quality service program and project execution including Develop service proposal, set expectations and SLAs for service delivery Schedule, resource, and scope management Planning and tracking program / project budgets Coordination with cross-functional teams and customers to execute service delivery Ensuring deliverables are met according to SLA
Communication : Lead team meetings; manage escalations and report out to senior leadership; Drive alignment and prioritization with cross-functional teams;
Attend customer meetings to discuss service capabilities and develop relationships
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Information Systems; or equivalent experience
5+ years experience in engineering, customer service, business analysis and / or project management
2+ years of people management experience leading teams in project / program management, Services / maintenance programs, Engineering or Operations
Willing and able to travel up to 10% (international)
