We're hiring a Content Director to drive Adobe's broad learn content to join the Creative Cloud Learn Team! Adobe's Creative Cloud Learn Team is at the intersection of world-class online education, content strategy, and instructional design.
We are building out the actual learning experiences for the Creative Cloud ecosystem and are helping millions of people to become better Creatives, drive product engagement, and develop community connections.
While part of our team is developing the learning environment, the Learn content team is owning the content that helps our users to succeed.
This role will lead this team and will drive content strategy, content creation and content curation across the entire Creative Cloud product portfolio and Learn-related content types.
These content types exceed typical tutorials and include new ways to bring forward information to users outside of the applications to inside of the apps.
What you'll do
You will use your creative vision and operational skills to oversee and execute content strategy. The content you will build and curate will be among the best in its category and drive engagement across Adobe's surfaces and products.
Along with your team, you drive content production at scale and continue to find ways to increase content quality and efficiency.
With your expertise, the team will deliver high-quality content from concept to production.
You define and maintain the Learn content purpose, as well as its editorial strategy, tone, and voice for content across our surfaces.
You will lead and grow a team of content producers, content strategists, instructional designers, and curators. You are extraordinary in running and strengthening your team, and you have proven experience in working with vendors and outside content producers.
You partner closely and form relationships with stakeholders across Creative Cloud, including the product and design teams.
What you need to succeed
Minimum of 8 years experience in an editorial and content leadership role with a proven track record of leading content teams and delivering content at scale.
Significant experience in production and / or creative direction.
You will need to be a creative mind, but also have excellent planning and organization skills.
You communicate clearly and have strong interpersonal skills and experience in building teams and collaborating in a large, matrixed organization.
You can set the vision, but you also see the details of what makes great and successful content.
