If you are a Talent Acquisition professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a strong coordinator to support our US and Canadian recruiting.

This role is a critical part of our TA function partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, human resources and candidates to ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly.


  • Partner with hiring manager and HR Representatives to ensure an efficient and effective hiring process
  • Offer personalized support to candidates to ensure positive experience
  • Assist HR Partners in creating and managing approvals for requisitionsin the Oracle Recruit system
  • Schedule phone, video, and on-site interviews, including complex team interviews at multiple sites and across multiple time zones
  • Arrange travel, transportation and accommodation.

  • Generate, gain approvals, and extend e-offers in Oracle Recruit
  • Initiate and facilitate candidate’s pre-employment checks to include background, drug screen, credit checks and motor vehicle reports.
  • Manage the onboarding process in Oracle Recruit including guiding candidates through tasks and coordinating start date with hiring manager and local HR
  • Coordinate all aspects of the on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
  • Provide other administrative support to recruiters as needed.
  • Actively participate in process improvement activities
  • Requirements

  • A Knowledge of commonlyused concepts, practices, and procedures within talent acquisition
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with a strong attention to detail and accuracy within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop strong trusting relationships in a demanding and high-performing work environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
  • 1+ year experience with applicant tracking systems preferably specific experience with Oracle Recruit
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the keen ability to develop rapport with diverse candidates
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills

  • Bachelor's degree from 4-year College or University preferred
