Main responsibilities :
The CSR acts as the communication conduit between our external customers, sales and operations teams to maximize revenue through supply commitments.
Is a key member of the America's Service Cloud team owning all customer order management matters.
Manages the customer's supply chain requirements, product demand and alignment of supply to the company's strategies. This includes : Gathering and analyzing information to determine product allocationMonitoring customer inventoryPartnering with business experts to solve daily customer requests in alignment with business strategies.
The optimal candidate for this role is passionate about delivering world-class customer engagement and orientation, enjoys proposing data-based solutions to problems and has passion for growing revenue to help Intel gain / maintain competitive edge.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related degree
1+ years related experience manipulating data, using Power BI / Excel and knowledge of basic formulas -but not limited to sum, count, average, True / False, if statement, text trim, v-lookups;
capable of elaborating / manipulating pivot tables, elaborate different type of graphs / tables to summarize / interpret data for better decision-making processes.
1+ years of experience in customer service roles
Languages : Spanish / English (advanced)
Knowledge of Portuguese
6+ months of experience with SAP
