FP & A Mexico ICG Manager
This position will report directly to the FP&A ICG Costa Rica Head. The ICG Mexico Costa Rica Manager is responsible for
Supervising a team of analysts working in partnership with the ICG Finance Mexico team
Manage interaction with Mexico Lead and team
Coordinate activity placement alignment with Mexico / Mumbai
Work in close alignment with CAA and FRI
Coordinate the core deliverables (MBRs, executive decks)
Continuously develop analyses to bring clarity on business challenges and performance
Minimum qualifications for the position include :
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or related filed, and / or MBA preferred.
At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably in financial services and / or a large complex organization
Very good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Ability to build strong relationships and interact at all levels in the organization
At least 2+ years of managerial experience preferred
Fully bilingual English-Spanish
