Your Responsibilities :

  • Act as SME on various SaaS order and billing focus areas
  • Accurately review, amend and release proforma invoices for all VMware SaaS offerings
  • Identify any billing discrepancies and correct as needed
  • Adhere to all compliance guidelines including SOX and export regulations
  • Support queue management & prioritization with a focus on SLA compliance
  • Tackle complex cases, taking appropriate action to provide positive outcome
  • Assist in planning and implementing SaaS billing procedures
  • Deliver training for New Hires, team members and other groups as needed
  • Interact with sales teams and other internal groups as required to support the order-to-invoice process
  • Provide coverage across many different skill sets related to SaaS Order Management and Billing, including international coverage
  • Provide and follow up on suggestions and ideas that enhance processes, customer experience and simplicity of operations
  • Participate in projects and initiatives related to quality, data migration and operational efficiency
  • Handle order processing tasks as relevant, ensuring accuracy and alignment to all compliance guidelines including SOX and export regulations
  • Deliver on ad-hoc assignments as business requires
  • You Need :

  • 5+ years' industry experience in order processing / invoicing / Quote-to-Cash
  • Solid understanding of upstream and downstream processes
  • Ability and motivation to work efficiently and productively in a multi-task environment, both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to investigate and analyze problems and determine solutions to effectively resolve issues
  • Ability to initiate process improvement plans and work towards change
  • Proven aptitude for working with numbers and reports
  • Positive, collaborative approach and sound business insight
  • Ability to adapt to fast changing and dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to collaborate with sales people and all levels of management and experience working across multi-functional groups
  • Ability to work outside of standard office hours as per business requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good work ethic and sense of responsibility
  • Strong task management and prioritization capabilities
  • You Preferably Have :

  • 2+years' experience in SaaS order processing and billing with specific knowledge of software transactions
  • Proficiency with SaaS billing models and concepts
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Experience collaborating on projects and testing
  • Proficiency in Oracle or SAP
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
