Mondelez International is looking for vacancy : IBS Solution Delivery Expert, Finance Position Purpose Lead IT projects integrating new processes and businesses into SAP and ensure delivery, support and configuration mainly in the Finance Areas.
The SDE will also drive applying and leveraging existing process and systems following all agreed Finance roadmap and standards Main Responsibilities
A level 3 deep functional expertise in process implementation design at application level within the Enabling Function tower, Finance sub-tower
Support Global Solution Owners in future-state road mapping activities and actively contribute to technical innovation activities within Finance
Partners with BE Tower leads, BE Regional Tower lead and business stakeholders to understand business requirements for implementation of Finance projects and can translate them into design and implementation play books
Provide functional SME expertise in a project team to execute and support project lifecycle including blueprint, build, integration testing and implementation.
Below specific list of finance related activities :
Ensure support of financial reporting and close activities
Coordinate project teams consisting of business analysts and specialists from other business groups, in order to resolve complex issues in the SAP environment
Provide end user support by the team in the finance functional areas. Analyze issues and define a clear resolution to business.
Engage technical teams when necessary.
Develop a clear understanding of the current SAP Environments.
Evaluate business functional requirements (e.g. requirements for interfaces, user exits, and reports) and translate them into Business Requirement Documents
Act as a liaison between functional business groups and Technology teams
Support a multi-site, multi-country customer base
Accountable for best practices deployment including project delivery methodologies. Ensure adoption of the globally harmonized processes.
Ways of working and strategic solutions. Contribute to solution and service roadmap improvements
Responsible to implement new solutions as per the architecture design by GSO, Enterprise Architects and Solution Architects, ensuring that the new solution is cost optimized and easy to maintain
Support non-Discretionary projects leveraging an external partner strategy
Bachelor Degree : in IT, Economy / Business or related
Fluent English language
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in configuring SAP FI / CO, Product costing , Project System, and Treasury modules and processes, specifically AP, AR, FA, GL, and CC Accounting, including integration points within SAP SD, Purchasing, and Manufacturing modules
Experience architecting and implementing SAP processes and the various integration points - 2 SAP Implementations minimum
Clear knowledge of SAP backend tables and structures is a plus
Simple Finance with Hana is a plus that will be highly evaluated
Proven Leadership and Project Management skills, ability to multitask
Very good communication and interpersonal skills with proven multicultural experience and vendor management skills
Occasional travel may be required
Deep knowledge of business processes and related tecnology within Finance Tower (other towes is a plus)
Strong focus on building cost effective innovations in solutions with emerging technology trends
Strong strategic application of functional knowledge (SAP Knowledge + S4 Hanna and other regional, global and strategic tool sets)
Ability to quickly and efficiently adoption of Ways of winning ( DIAL, Adaya)
Highly developed communication skills
Wide experience and demonstrated project management and methodological skills
