The challenge

The Global Head of Strategic Growth Partnerships will lead the creation, operationalization, and scaling of partnerships that drive material growth in key strategic areas for Adobe.

  • You and the team you will build and lead will be passionate and knowledgeable about the collaboration, creativity, and digital business transformation spaces;
  • have the skill to identify and drive impactful opportunities with senior leaders at sophisticated partners (new and existing) from concept to launch;
  • have an aptitude to proactively and successfully resolve contractual, technical and financial issues with partners and internal peers;
  • lead effectively through influence in a matrixed organization; and be highly strategic and pragmatic.

    What you’ll do

  • Help shape Adobe’s growth partner strategy and plans
  • Lead a global partner development team
  • Identify and secure meaningful and impactful partnerships
  • Represent Adobe at relevant partner, industry, and press events
  • Provide partner feedback and market intelligence to Adobe's product, engineering, and marketing teams
  • Build, maintain, and evolve strong consultative executive-level relationships with existing and prospective partners
  • What you need to succeed

    Minimum qualifications :

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of partner development experience in software, cloud and / or Internet
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Track record of successfully negotiating impactful, foundational partnerships
  • MBA or JD ideal
  • Familiarity with and regular use of Adobe's products strongly preferred
  • Experience driving cross-functional consensus with multiple key stakeholders (especially product and engineering)
  • Experience using data to drive decision making
  • Strong exposure to product management and strategy
