Better starts and ends with the customer We’ll be looking you to be responsible for ensuring the proper due diligence reviews are
made by performing high complex duties with high level of technical / business knowledge in the areas of customer interviews, analysis of documentation and cases related to Western Union Compliance programs.
You will work with money transfers that require further investigation over the phone / e-mail and any other off-line applications in support of Network Agents, Sub-Agents, and Consumers globally.
You will Effectively perform inbound and outbound phone interviews (70% of working time) and offline tasks (30% of working time.)
