About the role
Sr. HR Business Partner will perform HR-related duties developing and delivering HR and L&D services. The role is responsible of providing support to all day-to-day HR operation needs.
The Sr. HR Business Partner assists management and leadership in resolving employee relation issues, conducting effective investigations, and recommending action for sensitive and complex situations.
Additionally, this position assesses local developmental needs to drive L&D initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees.
This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate and enhance performance.
The role reports to the VP of Talent and works closely with the local team.
With your incredible previous experience you will :
Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service in employee-relations matters, including employee relations counseling.
Managing employee complaints.
Support the local termination processes, exit interviews and reporting.
Communicates policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation and benefits.
Supervises data accuracy, compliance and record documentation.
Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.
Conducts quarterly training and development needs assessment.
Develops training and development programs and objectives.
Developing L&D policies and procedures to ensure alignment to the Talent Strategy.
Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
Obtains and / or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
Develops and maintains organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
Modifies programs as needed.
Collects and analyzes employee data.
Works with HR performance measures, such as employee headcount and attrition rates.
Liaising between employees and management.
Administers various human resource plans and procedures for local personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures;
prepares and maintains the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual.
Supports the local performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
Facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.
Performs benefits administration, including claims resolution, and communicating benefits information to employees.
Maintains company organization charts and the employee directory.

What are we looking for? Besides a great attitude
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, psychology or a related field
5+ years of relevant work experience in a similar position
HR training in Learning & Development
Working knowledge of employment law
Experience in HR policy development
Experience delivering awareness sessions / training to line managers and Senior Management
Experience developing content; preferable content in soft-skills and technical skillsets
L&D planning, accounting for training effectiveness and return of investment
Instructional design / content curation experience
It’d be great if you also have :
Experience in the creation and measurement of KPI’s for HR
Experience in culture change initiatives or change management
