The Management Reporting analyst supports all recurring global management reporting deliverables, including MOR and weeklies, as well as BAU ad hoc reporting deliverables on behalf of ESC, which are managed centrally in the global Business Office.
This individual will work directly with the User Experience (UX) and Stakeholder reporting manager to provide reporting and analytical support for all aspects of our operations, including but not limited to the following :
Write weekly and monthly ESC reports, coordinating with subject matter experts across ESC for content, and editing to ensure conciseness, accuracy, and timeliness
Supporting the creation of the ESC Monthly Operating Report (MOR) by consolidating submissions across all ESC functions, and analyzing for completeness and logical consistency
Generate quarterly staff updates, translating weekly and monthly reports into a form that is ingestible by ESC staff
Support UX and Stakeholder Reporting manager in developing executive presentations for quarterly stakeholder forums
Maintain operating procedures documentation for all management reporting processes
Manage management reporting Sharepoint sites, monitoring permissions to ensure appropriate management of confidential and internal data
The individual in this role must have excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills; they must have the ability to write reporting requirements and communicate effectively with all levels of management.
A minimum of two years’ experience in a financial and / or operations analyst role with demonstrated aptitude for quantitative analysis and attention to detail is necessary, along with experience with data gathering techniques including interviewing, facilitation sessions, and business process review.
They must be able to communicate technical concepts to various audiences in clear, concise language, absorb complex details quickly, work effectively against deadline pressures, and handle a number of projects simultaneously.
They must demonstrate the ability to comfortably work in ambiguity and prioritize work in a constantly changing environment.
