You’ll partner closely with HP's Change Leaders to build and deliver Change Experience strategies, programs, and change experience tactics to accelerate HP's digital transformation efforts and deliver desired business outcomes.
You'll be an ambassador for HP's Change Experience framework and leverage (and evolve!) the framework's tools and templates to enable project teams to follow a standard approach to drive change across HP.
You’ll work side-by-side with the leaders of the Digital Transformation team and TMO HR Experience Office to support the build and implementation of the Change Experience plans.
So, you need to be able to build strong working partnerships with your stakeholders and influence across many different levels within the business.
This is an individual contributor role, but you’ll have access to a group of smart and collaborative peers across HP's functions and businesses.
So, you need to be able to influence individuals and teams to own and implement your strategies.
On a typical day you might
Consult with digital transformation or business leader on how to lead teams through change, including helping them think through how to set the tone for change, and timelines and tactics to position their leaders and managers to accelerate transformation within their organization.
Partner with digital transformation leaders and project teams to build and deliver change experience programs and tactics critical that drive their digital transformation journey.
You may be setting up meetings to influence involvement and contributions of key groups of people, or facilitating journey mapping workshops to determine how a project will approach change, or developing change experience strategies, or producing tactics to support a digital transformation change experience journey.

Create actions and tactics that help deliver Experience plans, or in other words, doing the work that you feature in your experience plans.
Work can include creating written communications, building PowerPoint presentations, gathering and analyzing change impacts, identifying stakeholders, developing training content, or managing logistics.
Of course, we have a team of great folks who can help you, but you will be expected to build tactics as well as build and manage Change Experience plans.
Obsess about the experience and how through the delivery of your plans, not only do you help the business achieve their goals, but also position leaders and managers move their teams positively through the change.
Connect with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that they are aware of the progress you are making, as well as helping you think through and remove roadblocks.
Help stakeholder groups connect the dots across functions, so we are working toward one common goal and understand their contributions fit with the bigger picture.
Coach business leaders, stakeholders, or project leaders on various aspects of leading and managing through change. Provide guidance on possible approaches or solutions to resolving roadblocks and dealing with potential areas of resistance before they occur.
Participate in the Change Practicioners Network program, sharing your insights and experiences in change management to help other change practitioners, or recommending resources available.
Education and Experience Required :
Understanding organizational change and business theory, with a Masters or MBA

To land this role, you need to have some experience :
Working with business and project leaders and quickly getting their trust, so they see you as a business partner and problem solver.
Working in a high tech change management role for about 5-7 years. Bonus points for managing change for large-scale, complex system or process changes.
Working with change management project teams and working in an environment that is execution and results focused. Influencing individuals and teams to participate in change management project teams to deliver plans.
Proven track record of delivering change management plans and tactics across many different types of business change. Working experience in delivering leader and manager experience plans to support change efforts would be a definite advantage.
Understanding and working knowledge of communication and learning strategies and deliverables that drive change. You’ll need to be able to produce written communications, develop training content following design principles, and create strong presentations for either you or your stakeholders to deliver.
