Essential Functions / Core Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership and overall program management visibility to Technology’s strategic initiatives
  • Has responsibility for leading and managing through all phases of the project life cycle including primary responsibility for operational and implementation plans critical to success and post go-live.
  • Ensures that technology / operational / marketing roadmaps and milestones are in sync within and across related initiatives, maintaining program level roadmaps and RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, dependencies), and co-ordinating responses and action plans across business, technology and marketing stakeholders.
  • Prepare, document and manage Program level artifacts such as financials, program plans and schedules, RAID logs and action plans, communications plan, meeting minutes, steering committee materials, quarterly updates either as an author, or primary reviewer of others to ensure quality and best practice is being followed
  • Leads stakeholder meetings for all phases of assigned project life cycles (focusing more on Operational and Marketing Plans) and collaborate with Technology project managers on the Tech roadmaps
  • Tracks, manages and reports initiatives progress, performance and variance issues from concept to closure at a holistic program level.
  • Escalates any project-related concerns, issues, and risks to senior leadership and executives. Develops plan recommendations for issue resolution and risks’ mitigation.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership, department leads and team members to anticipate and mitigate potential risk items and to set project priorities to meet tight deadlines.
  • Coordinates and balances multiple projects effectively in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting hyper-sensitive deadlines.
  • Complete ad-hoc projects as assigned by senior executives.
  • Qualifications / Experience

  • 5-8 years of Project Management experience, most recently in a fast-paced environment in construction, real estate or other high-growth firms.
  • Strong communications skills; ability to effectively interact with a diverse group of
  • technical and functional teams as well as senior and executive leadership

  • PMP certification required
  • Proven experience in managing and executing complex projects across an enterprise matrix organization using Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
  • Ability to produce high-quality project documents and messaging, facilitate project internal and external communications, ensure all project stakeholders are kept informed based on project communication plan, accurately communicate project status, risks and issues to company and customer leadership
  • Working knowledge and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, Asana and Roadmunk
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
