The opportunity

Adobe Sign is a cloud-based e-signature service that allows the user to send, sign, track, and manage signature processes using a browser or mobile device.

In recent years e-signature process has shifted from being an optional efficiency to a business continuity solution across organizations.

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager for Adobe Sign to ensure we solidify Adobe’s position in the market and to execute on the growth strategy for 2021 - 2024.

As a core member of the Sign product management team you will contribute directly to the product and envision, design, develop, and deliver state-of-the-art machine learning features within Sign across our key customer segments.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for collaborating with architects and developers, as well as business product managers to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, validate and launch new features.

You will develop a rolling four quarter roadmap and focus on and prioritize key thxemes while presenting to and coordinating with partner groups

In this role, you will contribute to Sign’s ML product strategy, including products, services, and technology platforms, by using customer and market analysis and your well-informed instincts on what could create disruption.

Other responsibilities include :

  • Lead the collaboration with cross-functional teams, e.g. engineering, shared technology teams, project planning and delivery and the user experience design.
  • Be the customer advocate every step of the way, help the entire product team to see what makes the difference between just another feature and customer delight.
  • Work closely with engineering leadership to make sure we meet and exceed our customers’ expectations and how we can be market leader in problems that can be solved by ML.
  • What is needed to succeed

  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science
  • 5+ years of product management experience preferably with SaaS products
  • Consistent track record of releasing features and products into production
  • Experience with driving cross-organizational roadmap and conversations to achieve a common goal at a fast pace and managing complex organizational dependencies critical to product success
  • Experience with agile software development practices within a large team environment
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and work towards winning outcomes
  • Ability to work with technical leads, product owners, and customers to translate solution concepts into specific technical deliverables and integrations
  • Self-starter mentality and ability to persist, problem solve, negotiate and influence across the organization to build shared vision for the customer experience.
  • Proven analytical abilities paired with the capacity to make decisions using both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Ability to use data and customer interviews to define requirements for model creation
  • Excellent interpersonal communication
