TTEC is seeking an Associate SystemAdministrator to join our Technology Services team.

work with our Hosted CollaborationSolutions division supporting Cloud based enterpriseenvironments and will have exposure to virtualization software, SANinfrastructure, and datacenter networking.

Daily tasks include environment tuning and validation of the implementation of pre-defined standards in a cloud environment across systems, network, and storage fabrics

Validate proper implementation of standards and policy

Report preparation validating adherence to standards and policy documentation

Enterprise patch management and enterprise server management

Working with a team to help maintain thevSphere infrastructure within global data centers in support of Cisco’s hostedcloud solution service offering for TTEC’s enterprise clients.

Work with the team to help support Cisco UCS Bseries blade server chassis

Responsible for producing high qualitydeliverables in a timely fashion.

Work with vendors / cross team engineeringgroup / s to provide solutions to complex issues.

Ability to work flexible hours including oncall and after hours work for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

1-3+ years enterprise level administration and troubleshooting experience with Windows Server

1+ years’ experience supporting andadministering VMware 5.0+ in large virtual server infrastructure environmentsis a plus

Understanding and experience of systems and networkingtechnologies including AD, DNS, WINS, and DHCP.

Knowledge of Cisco UCS B series blade serverchassis and Cisco UCS Manager 2.0 or later.

Experience with Cisco, or other Intel serverhardware, firmware, BIOS, RAID, server backups and server security along withSAN including EMC or NetApp is a plus

Must possess good problem solving andtroubleshooting skills in supporting enterprise level clients, logical andmethodical problem-

solving skills, and the ability to communicate and justifythe resolution process where necessary.

VCP, MCP, MCSA or MCSE certificationspreferred but not required

Ability to pass an US Security Clearance Check
