We are looking for an innovative, attention-to-detail-oriented person with 1+ year of experience managing programmatic platforms (DSPs).
The ideal candidate has independence and focus on quality and is eager to grow together with more than 1.500 employees of Publicis Global Delivery in LATAM.
Work directly with agencies in the US to activate, monitor, and optimize programmatic campaigns for global clients such as Toyota, GM, Samsung, Disney, and their business KPIs.
Proactively identify client’s growth opportunities, communicate to clients, and take action.
Assist in Programmatic and Digital Media training sessions. You will have the time and opportunity to grow and help others succeed.
Oversee development, rollout, and adherence to programmatic best practices.
Prepare, train, and certify yourself to evolve and continue your career path within PGD, while working on your daily tasks.
2+ years of experience in programmatic with campaign management / optimization or digital media operations.
Strong expertise in one or more Demand Side Platforms such as DV360, MediaMath, The Trade Desk, Amobee, Verizon, etc. Other DSP experience is valid.
Strong communication and attention to detail skills.
Previously trained in digital branding or performance campaigns.
Technical savvy and specifically skilled in Programmatic or Paid Social campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of programmatic platforms, operating as an in-agency expert while showing a good understanding of the overall media landscape.
Fluid English communication skills (CEFR C1).
Intermediate Excel knowledge.
