Better requires process discipline and simplification
As an Associate Analyst, you will analyse digital transactions to make sure that no fraudulent activity is involved. You will communicate with Western Union customers as needed to verify details regarding specific money as well as support WU.
com customers with their identity verification ensuring that Compliance regulations are met. You will resolve problems and decide when to escalate a case or to proceed with the regular transaction / customer profile verification handling procedures.
After completing our training program, you will be skilled in Risk Assessment, and be able to provide an excellent customer experience.
For such a detail-oriented role we need you to be self-motivated team player who is focused on giving the highest level of customer service, have strong analytical skills and very attentive to detail.
You must have great attitude and be able to adapt to a dynamic work environment. We require you to be fluent in English and French, both written and verbal (81% - B2+) and Highschool education is required.
We need you to have strong ability to multitask using internal database systems, capable of making independent decisions with a results-oriented approach, and adaptability to work both individually and within a team, and a willingness to work on weekends.
