Prepare the necessary accounting activities to report the financial statements of the agencies in accordance with the guidelines of Publicis group and accepted Accounting Principles.
Coordinate with agencies and financial departments the recording of accounting transactions necessary to report the financial statements in HFM.
Provide customer service by answering and resolving ad-hoc questions that require investigation.
Prepare reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
Support internal and external audits, maintaining the controls of the complete and correct operating procedures, as well as providing the requested information.
Prepare and review accounting entries as required.
Lead specific tasks of high technical specialty and complexity required in the region the Accountant provides service.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree related to Accounting or Business Administration.
From 3 to 5 years of experience in all accounting cycle, preparation of financial reports, preparation and review of accounting entries, accounting support to clients, preparation of audits, analysis of balance sheet accounts.
Share Service experience is a plus.
Intermediate English (oral and written).
Intermediate Excel.
Migrations experience is a plus.
Knowledge in SAP, HFM and Blackline is a plus.
