JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The Human Resources Senior Data Analyst will coordinate the development, creation and documentation of human resource reporting and metrics that provide consistent and clear communication of data and trends.
We seek a professional to gather, analyze, visualize and tell stories with our human resource data.
Conduct analyses of performance variables, data management, measurement and analytics, data design principles, concept and practices.
Gather disparate data sources to perform integrated analysis of data to answer business questions.
Collaborate with other analysts and subject matter specialists to understand and evaluate business requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Workingexperience with Power PI, Tableau, SQL
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, applied mathematics,statistics or area of study related to data sciences and data mining
4+ work experiences across multiple lines of businesses in HR
Experience with predictiveanalytical modeling
Advanced English level
