Our company, a global provider of information solutions, is looking for a QA Analysts to contribute to the development, testing and implementation of solutions with our Technology Shared Services team.
This individual works closely with different team members and other countries business and IT personnel on development projects, ongoing maintenance and enhancements web applications, designing and executing test scenarios to verify, validate and deliver high quality software solutions.
Experience / Key Skills / Competencies :
University Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, technical certifications, ISEB or similar.
2-5 years of software development / testing working experience.
Analyze business requirements, detail test data impacts, prepare test plan, develop test strategies and test approach, select or create test data, conduct testing, document results, and track / verify defects.
Manage full testing process lifecycle for assigned projects.
Design and develop test strategies and test plans to ensure all business and technical requirements are met and ensure appropriate testing procedures are employed.
Provide testing status and progress reports on a regular basis and create various quality metrics when required.
Participate in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, load, performance, and system testing.
Coordinate with regression resources to ensure proper regression is developed and maintained.
Provide status of efforts and represent needs, progress in daily sprint and in retrospectives.
Estimate and scope work for future sprints / projects.
Communicate and act on risk to project stakeholders.
Analyze test result, document defects / issues in Tracking System, manage and review Tracking System.
Develop and drive continued improvement for Quality Assurance process, procedures.
Develop and drive continued improvement for Test Management and Automation tools.
Ability to work with cross functional teams and to keep abreast of latest technologies.
Ability to work under pressure and by objectives.

List Required Technical Skills (PC skills and software packages) :
Experience working with Test Case management and Defect management tools
Knowledge and experience working with the following languages and / or technologies :
REQUIRED : Web Services, web applications
HTML, XML, SQL, java (basic), .net, Oracle.
Testing Automation experience (selenium, QTP, JMeter or similar)
Experience working in UNIX environments, UNIX commands, shell scripts and processes is a plus.
Jira, Quality Center, Selenium, Open Script, Soap UI.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and Maintain Test Plans.
Create, execute and maintain test scripts and all associated Test Data.
Performs manual and automated testing.
Work with other team members on development projects, ongoing maintenance and enhancements to International web applications.
Work concurrently on several projects; each with specific instructions that may differ from project to project.
Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency.
Ability to prioritize, work both independently and with the International team.
