The Invoice Processing Governance Senior Analyst will be responsible to work together with BPO team on invoice processing and issue resolution (tier 2 support to BPO).
This position will be required to maintain a high standard of performance ensuring all entries into the ERP system are timely completed and accurate.
Invoice Processing Governance Senior Analyst will be also responsible to assist PtP management team in implementing and executing strategic and tactical plans.
What it does?
BPO’s system access administration
Monitors BPO operational volumes to detect possible back log issues
Collaborates with various internal organizations to resolve process and / or technical issues across multiple process and systems
Identifies and proposes process improvement
Closely monitors compliance with company policies and procedures; and, supports company mission, values and standards of ethics and integrity
Coordinate SOP review period between BSC team and BPO team.
Acts as escalation point and requests management support as necessary

Prevents operational gaps and identify training opportunities
Improves process, and resolve issues presented to achieve process stabilization
Ensures compliance and audit readiness
Maintains updated process and avoid training gaps
Ensures timely and accurate issue resolution to pay suppliers on time and accurately
Bachelor's degree (could be in progress)
Minimum of 2-3 year of experience in PtP invoice processing
Proficient in English language (writing, speaking and listening)
