Oracle Next Education (ONE) is a platform for low-income youth education and employment to foster technology studies and help them to get a position on the marketplace of the future.
We’re looking for a passionate and talented person that will help us to take the ONE to the next level. This person will be responsible for all initiatives related to ensure that the student has a WOW experience and that they acquire the necessary knowledge to increase their chances of entering the labor market.
Key Responsibilities Monitor student progress indicators in training; Understand gaps that need improvement with a focus on student development and engagement; Develop new strategies to leverage student engagement; Support the development of new technical content in training; Create and monitor indicators of student engagement and sense of community. Create and manage area processes; Manage the team of volunteer; Lead this area in different countries in the region; Interlocution with other key areas; Interlocution with the Brazil team.
Key Activities Track student performance indicators on dashboards; Create surveys and carry out analyzes to understand students' difficulties; Analyze the student's profile and cross-reference performance data; Design the structure of the students' onboarding event and conduct the necessary logistics; Identify themes and organize webinars to complement the training offered in the program; Participate in recurring meetings with other program fronts and with the Latin America team.
Preferred Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in student experience, diversity and inclusion, education in technology areas; Connection with our company values: Startup Spirit, Passionate People, Behave like Owners, Face the Truth, Live for Excellence, Customer Obsession; Knowledge of the education, intrapreneurship. Experience in strategy, planning, and execution of integrated campaigns/activities across teams; Ability to rapidly learn, internalize and leverage program information is essential; Ideal personality traits - Driven, proactive, creative, team player, enthusiastic, able to work under pressure and results orientated; Flexible and able to shift strategies and tactics when required; A keen attention to detail is highly preferred.
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Development of communication programs to promote Oracle's products & services.
Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns. Assist with planning and management of pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Manage standard / moderately complex advertising campaigns and arrange sign off with country / regional management. Anticipate problems when dealing with relatively complex projects, propose and develop business driven solutions to overcome them. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Provide support to others managing partner advertising. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 2 years relevant experience. A proven track record in advertising across geography, two years experience, within a reputable global agency or major industry company.
