  • As Change Management coordinator you will be in charge of all Change management SSC projects.Plans, directs, leads through changes to ensures the successful communication, adoption and assimilation of organizational changes.

    Main Responsibilities :

  • Successfully oversee organizational change triggered by process changes or projects of various complexities.
  • Lead the planning, design and development of all change management strategies and materials, through proven change management frameworks, such as ADKAR.
  • Thorough understanding of processes to be able to assess organizational impact of changes.
  • Identify changes triggered by projects or process modifications.
  • Identify and lead through the resolution of issues or objections to the required change.
  • Develop and lead the organization through change management competencies and change management concept.
  • Introduce and lead employees of all levels through changes.
  • Create the desire with employees to engage in the required change.
  • Liaise with area managers to develop employee knowledge and abilities to implement change.
  • Reinforce adaptation to change and recognize individuals.
  • Lead all Change Management efforts working proactively with Area Managers, PMs and HR.
  • Foster and develop effective and productive cross functional relationships to ensure the success of the project.
  • Escalate potential issues to Operations Performance Director or SSC head.
  • Liaise with other PMs or indirect project resources as required during the lifecycle of a project.
  • Ensure alignment with GSS Change Management strategy and methodology.
  • Follow communications strategy as defined by the SSC’s global communications and change manager.
  • Educate and coach internal and external business partners on overall SSC Change Management methodology.
  • Anticipate and adapt to the evolving needs of the GSS network.
  • Ensures best practices are shared across units and across SSCs.
  • Ensure key message consistency and development towards the vision established in the Shared Service Center.
  • Develop communication strategies and execute plans against business priorities.
  • Engagement of employees through open and transparent communications platform set up in the Shared Service Center (including create and maintain SSC intranet content in alignment with other Locations intranets).
  • Track and monitor employee / leadership communications effectiveness.
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years experience of direct change management and communications in positions of responsibility in major corporations preferably of international scope.
  • Minimum 3+ years experience leading organizational change in accounting, finance or shared services.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field, MBA is a plus
  • Change Management Certification
  • ADKAR or similar change management framework
  • Fully bilingual English is required
