The Role
Adobe Cloud Technology organization led by our CTO and EVP, provides the fundamental capabilities that power Adobe's Creative Cloud, Document Cloud and Experience Cloud products & business!
In this role you will be responsible to drive growth and improve customer experience for Acquisition and retention experiences such as Checkout, Subscription Management across consumer and business customer journeys.
This is a critical area of growth for Adobe where you will partner closely with Marketing, Design, Analytics to identify & prioritize key areas of opportunity for growth.

What you’ll do
Partner with Analytics and Product to deeply understand customer behavior across Creative Cloud & Document Cloud worldwide
Develop and drive a meticulously prioritized Growth experimentation roadmap that aligns with business performance and customer needs
Lead test execution across multiple surfaces to unlock incremental business value while improving customer experience
Collaborate with surface Product & Growth teams to unlock seamless experiences
Relentlessly derive hypotheses for the next areas for growth & optimization
Partner with international teams to optimize for outcomes locally, in both key and emerging regions
Regularly surface experimentation findings, insights, and opportunities back to cross-functional teams and Executive leadership
Skills
At least 5 years of Product Management experience with an emphasis on testing and responsibilities driving conversion improvements
Proven experience with experiment design, execution, insight, iteration, and ultimately driving revenue through your efforts
Experience creating data-informed hypotheses that will power experiment design and findings
Highly collaborative experience aligning with cross-functional teams to launch high-impact projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to derive clear and concise narratives from data
Hands-on experience with web and business performance analytics
MBA preferred
Reforge certifications preferred
