Work closely with Digital Sales and Sales Intelligence Manager to create, improve, and drive continuous improvement, growth, strategic initiatives, and key business metrics related to Digital Initiatives implementation for Measurement Solutions across Latin America organization.

This role has a special focus on MyEmerson implementation across the region, developing and supporting users, driving adoption and growth.

This role demands the ability to be tactical and strategic when taking actions to ensure MyEmerson implementation and adoption.

Duties and Responsibilities

Play a key role in supporting and owning Digital Experience actions, as :

  • Guide Customer to Digital Experience
  • Train users to self-service through MyEmerson
  • Train & Support Sales to MyEmerson capabilities usage
  • Digital Tools usage train & support
  • Engineering / Technical support to users
  • Bring Expertise to the front-line support
  • Escalation point for GRC chats
  • Escalation point for Customer Care
  • Escalation point for troubleshooting
  • Engage Specialists
  • Play a key role in supporting and owning Digital Sales actions, as :

  • Support MyTransactions Implementation
  • Support Customers roll-out to MyEmerson
  • Upsell & Differentiate MyEmerson
  • Drive Users / Customers Adoption
  • Drive MyTransactions increase & growth
  • Quote to Customers using MyTransactions
  • Digital Salesperson for Tier0&1 according Customer Segmentation
  • Understand and consistently apply Emerson commercial policies and business practices
  • Play a key role in supporting and owning Operational actions, as :

  • MyEmerson profile set-ups
  • MyEmerson general set-ups
  • Price Agreements management
  • Troubleshooting
  • Leads, Quotes and all MyEmerson transactions follow-up
  • Build and maintain Data bases for Digital Initiatives
  • Generate Monthly Reports
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business Administration or Engineering or any other related fields or experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience related to Marketing and Digital Environment.
  • At least 2 years of customer support experience
  • At least 1 Years job related experience in any of these additional areas : Sales Digital Sales eCommerce
  • Solid keyboard skills and a strong proficiency for using Windows & MS Office applications as other reporting tools.
  • English Proficiency (Written & Oral) B2 Level
  • Business Understanding : Ability to work independently Ability to maintain a positive working relationship Ability to guide and support team to achieve goals Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form
