The Website Administrator position is part of the Web Experiences team at Equifax. The Web Experiences team is responsible for the strategy, execution and maintenance of the global web presence to deliver the best user journeys for stakeholders who engage with the Equifax web channel.

This role is responsible for leading the execution of larger projects and smaller requests related to site updates. This includes rolling out platform improvements across current sites, crafting new pages to support internal marketing stakeholders, and supporting day to day maintenance requests.

She / he will provide thought leadership in this role by understanding, applying and disseminating web best practices as part of a larger, multi-

functional team. They will collaborate with creative and technical teams as well as domain experts across the organization to understand and help support strategic business objectives and customer requirements.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead projects and maintenance requests for site, including working with business on prioritization of efforts
  • Execute admin level site changes within CMS, including new page build or page layout changes
  • Run content, update process, including :
  • Work with content editors to hydrate site pages in CMS
  • Train new users on process
  • Manage the content approval for site submissions
  • Constantly drive innovation by staying ahead of with technology, trends, and new ideas for content management and process improvements
  • Provide recommendations that help the business achieve site goals based on information obtained through site audits, competitive assessments, user testing, and site metrics
  • Contribute to definition and management of, as well as periodic updates to, content governance and workflow (including content creation, content entry, publication, and decommission) with other site managers
  • Requirements :

  • Experience using a CMS, front end execution as well as strategic implementation
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of online content platforms and other online distribution methods
  • Bachelor’s in relevant field required
  • Exceptional attention to detail with drive for continuous improvement
  • Strategic-minded, yet passionate about planning and executing tactical workload; ability to work effectively in teams
  • Practical understanding of online usability as it relates to User Experience design and Information Architecture
  • Excellent people skills and ability to build reciprocal relationships
  • Ability to communicate and work in a multi-functional team environment
  • Must be ambitious, but take direction well.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent English communication skills verbal and written.
