The Adobe Business Platform Business Operations & Strategy team is looking for someone energetic, detail-oriented , a self-starter with exceptional communication skills and the ability to work with cross -functional teams.

Our ideal candidate will bring passion, fresh ideas and focus on operations.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and keep a track record of Statement of Work, and monthly invoicing and accruals across the Adobe Business Platform team
  • Work with senior managers and cross functional teams to understand project timelines and run a process to create Purchase Orders and Change Request Orders for renewals
  • Assess headcount investment across the Adobe Business Platform portfolio, and provide insights into resourcing gaps as well as recommendations for maintaining within budget.
  • Present findings and recommendations to improve and better optimizations of current processes
  • What you need to succeed

  • 1 to 2 years of business operations or strategy experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business Administration or STEM field or equivalent preferred
  • Very detailed oriented with exceptional communication skills
  • A self starter and team player who works well with technical and non-technical teams
  • Agility and flexibility to pivot and shift to address ad hoc requests or changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently with limited general supervision and to effectively prioritize between competing demand
