TE Connectivity's Digital Platforms & Operations teams understand TE’s business and digital strategies to optimize our sales and marketing automation processes to define, implement, manage, and optimize TE’s online commerce capabilities and services, digital platforms and processes (e.
g., te.com, E-Commerce, SMA, CRM, Salesforce.com, Eloqua, SFDC, AEM, etc.). They collaborate with others regarding data standards and resolve issues that may impact marketing automation activities and with IT to help them understand the business requirements that determine the analysis and design of effective technical solutions.
They monitor features and functionalities to enhance capabilities; ensure quality of releases, testing and validating that the requirements are met.
Being a member of these teams requires thorough knowledge of marketing automation principles and practices and advanced knowledge of campaign set-up and management, form development and management, segment management, reporting, contact and content management and lead.
Manager Global Marketing Operations
This position will be in cahrge of improving Sales and Marketing Automation (SMA) performance and overall marketing effectiveness;
better leverage the Marketing Operations and Shared Services organizations to improve outcomes as well as drive cost synergies across the segment;
and deliver measurement, reporting and BU specific analytics. The main responsabilities for this role are :
Sales and Marketing Automation (SMA) Performance
Be the SMA lead for the segment, working across business units to improve performance with the end goal of improving overall marketing effectiveness, including :
Develop a data driven segment SMA improvement strategy and drive the implementation
Analyze demand waterfall metrics, recommend changes
Analyze lead scoring methodology, gain alignment on changes, and work with center marketing operations team to execute
Share best practices (internally and externally) across the business units, including leveraging SiriusDecisions methodology
Work with marketing and sales leaders to gain alignment on key aspects of SMA (such as lead follow up, SLAs, etc) and drive the lead to opportunity conversion ratio.
Represent the CS segment needs in the enterprise roadmap development and support the BU implementation
Partner with corporate global marketing operations and digital teams; represent Communications segment in all SMA related matters
Marketing Operations (Shared Services Team)
Direct the work of 7+ dotted line employees in India and Costa Rica, set performance expectations and evolve the organizational capabilities based on the future state requirements
Work with local management to build out future organization (Eloqua, Data Enrichment, Analytics) to support a segment level model, while continuing to provide BU dedicated support
Eloqua and Data Enrichment
Evolve the segment functional maturity to enable personalized campaigns through our Marketing Database(s) :
Ensure our BU Marketing Database(s) meet our defined data integrity standards and are expanded to meet our business objectives
Build customer segmentation models, leveraging D&B database and other tools with a drive towards more personalization of marketing activities
Partner with Center data team and Sales Ops / Salesforce / Digital teams on the above.
Measurement and Analytics
Ensure Marketing has the reports and analytics needed to meet business objectives including :
Building easy to use reporting tools and methodologies (dashboards, etc) for the BU marketing teams
Deliver analytics that help to identify investment ROI’s, areas for improvement and opportunities for further growth
5-10+ years’ progressive experience in Marketing Operations in a B2B environment
Bachelors’ degree required, MBA preferred
Extensive experience with Eloqua and Salesforce
Implementing Demand Generation improvements
Working across multiple business units
Directing the work of an offshore shared services team, demonstrating a strong interpersonal and team building skills
Strong analytical ability and demonstrated proficiency managing analytical work of others
Proven ability to work collaboratively with other executives, functional leaders, and executives in a complex, global business environment
