The Opportunity

Adobe is looking for a top-tier finance leader to manage SMB Sales & GTM for the Digital Media business. As a Senior Finance Manager, you will play a critical part in crafting the strategic operations and helping drive business execution, with an eye on financial excellence.

What you'll do

  • Drive deep business performance analytics and surface meaningful insights. Provide financial modeling, analysis and recommendations to execute on growth initiatives and ensure success against the operating plan.
  • Demonstrate analytical capabilities and your outstanding understanding of the business to recommend strategic investment decisions, streamline planning / reporting processes and identify continuous opportunities to improve the operating cadence
  • Partner with Area VPs, Regional Finance Leaders, and Sales Operations to develop consistent processes around forecasting, partner and sales incentives that align to our internal goals
  • Work with Americas Regional Leader to provide business insights and find opportunities to accelerate business growth. Own Weekly, Quarterly and Annual Channel forecasts.
  • Model and supervise all aspects of revenue drivers to ensure a high level of predictability. Example includes units, bookings, subscription vs.
  • perpetual, inventory, contra revenue etc.

  • Drive quarter-end reporting packages in preparation for earnings announcements and support financial data requirements for the quarterly business reviews
  • A successful candidate will seek to self-manage, empower and prioritize workload to be effective even in times of ambiguity, and be results-oriented, with a strong bias for action.

    What you need to succeed

  • Demonstrated success in leading FP&A function with growing scope and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment and matrixed organization
  • Sr. Finance Manager / Finance Manager with 7+ years of experience
  • Experience with advanced financial modeling with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytic tools such as Tableau, Power BI, TM1, Anaplan, SFDC
  • Experience demonstrating innovative problem-solving skills and ability to drive root cause analysis.
  • Ownership mindset to drive initiatives with minimal direction
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • SaaS / Subscription experience
