Adobe generated $13B revenue in FY 2020 and has completed $10B in strategic acquisitions since 2018. Our Corporate Development team drives Adobe’s inorganic growth roadmap in conjunction with our CEO, top team, and senior leaders.
We strive to increase shareholder value through exceptional, inorganic opportunities.
Our most recent acquisitions have been in the digital marketing workflow space with Workfront (closed December 2020; $1.5B Transaction Price) and the video collaboration space with Frame.
io (announced August 2021; $1.275B Transaction Price). Our most recent investments have been in around the corner’ opportunities with Vidmob, Lucidlink, Skillshare, Truepic, and Tiled.
We are looking for an exceptional teammate who is comfortable thinking at a 100,000 ft strategic altitude as well diving into the operational nuts & bolts.
Ideally, this teammate will develop unique strategic acquisition and investment themes, proactively source & engage with targets, and work seamlessly across internal product, go-to-market and functional partners.
You will excel at the table stakes’ deal execution, including internal / external process management & financial insights and valuation analysis.
You will also care about post-acquisition and investment success
