The Marketing Strategy & Operations (MSO) Manager will coordinate with the Senior Manager of Marketing Strategy & Operations, global marketers and key stakeholders around priorities and marketing activities that will move the company closer to achieving its goals.
This role is critical in helping us continue to build a smooth operations cadence and scale the impact of Digital Media Marketing on our business.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced specialist who excels in operations that facilitate scalability, predictability, and efficiency.
What you’ll do
Run the Business Operations for Marketing
Organize Digital Media marketing’s run the business activities to ensure that they are predictable and scalable
Build and execute processes, templates and frameworks that drive clarity, efficiency and impact
Ensure alignment across marketing contributors as well as the Digital Media business unit, finance, HR and sales
Manage the weekly marketing and business unit meetings that drive discussions and optimization opportunities in partnership with the Senior Manager
Establish processes to deliver strategic integrated marketing strategies, plans and marketing program updates
Contribute to the marketing strategy and help drive key transformational marketing initiatives
Planning and Budget
Optimize the process to deliver strategic integrated marketing plans and investment recommendations
Coordinate Digital Media marketing annual and quarterly planning cycles in partnership with the Office of the CMO
Organize, improve and streamline incremental budgeting process in partnership with Finance
Measurement and Reporting
Drive Quarterly Business Reviews and performance reviews
Work collaboratively with the manager for Data & Reporting to develop the dashboards and cadence for marketing reporting
Enable global connectivity and integration across the marketing organization
Focus on scaling our teams by leverage our tools by driving integrations across SharePoint, Slack, Wrike and Outlook, etc.
Deploy processes, tools and innovative collaboration strategies
What you’ll need to succeed
Proven experience in a marketing or marketing operations role
Preferably with a background in marketing, operations or analytics
Proven success solving complicated process problems.
Experience managing multiple streams of work concurrently while applying excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Proven leadership and experience in identifying, prioritizing and solving broad and complex issues
Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, and ability to develop strong relationships
Ability to clearly communicate at all levels
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
