As a student recruiter, you will be supporting but not limited to :
The End to End process including reviewing and posting job requisitions, sourcing candidates, working on offer development and delivery, administrative functions for new hires and follow ups of pending task with the Staffing Consultants and Hiring Managers to recruit the best talent for Intel.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work / classes / research and / or relevant previous job and / or internship experiences.
You must be pursuing a bachelor degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources or related field.
The ideal candidate will be able to communicate fluently in English and Spanish (Oral and written).
