Job Responsibilities :
Excellent customer service and communications skills both written and spoken English We will undertake a review to baseline an internationally recognized standard for written and spoken English levels, we will do this working with the partners and our wider estate.
Once complete we will agree path to this new standard. Strong active listening skills, able to ask strategic questions to uncover needs and deliver appropriate value-added recommendations for products / services that will solve customer problems.
Ability to speak and write clearly, to establish quick rapport with a caller, instill confidence and demonstrate passion in meeting and exceeding customer’s expectations.
Ability to adapt and flex style according to customer personality, culture, and profile (i.e. customers' new to technology and experienced pros alike).
The advocate enjoys interactions with customers and is passionate about owning the support interaction through to the end.
Engineer may be required to support all channels (chat & voice)
Required Skills :
1)Technical knowledge : Required : ERP knowledge and expertise. Highly desired : Azure / Cloud / Office experience & certifications, SQL.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, IE, MS Office applications, email, search, downloading / installing software. OR 2)Technical knowledge : Required : Dynamics CRM / CE, Azure / Cloud / Office experience & certifications, SQL, coding skills.
