Reportingto the Controller, this position will prepare, examine, analyze and interpretaccounting records for providing accurate and timely reporting of companyfinancial information.
Essential functions :
Experience in managing and filing Sales and Use Tax.
Prepare quarterly schedule for Non-Resident Alien filling for the taxDepartment
Reconciles monthly assigned balance sheet and profit-and-loss accounts
Prepares, verifies, and controls the entering of journal entries to thegeneral ledger.
Reconcile Received but not Vouched aging
Participates on the monthly closing and production of financialstatements to guarantee timely reporting.
Compiles financial data for corporate tax reporting to comply with federalgovernment requirements.
Prepares and participates actively in audits.
Serve as back up to other Accounting team member’s functionswithin the General Ledger. Have theaccounting background to get cross trained in all the areas within the GeneralLedger to support covering other team member’s functions.

Education / Experience / Language skills required :
BA Accounting required with knowledge of accounting principles,practices, and procedures on automated accounting systems.
3+ years’ accounting work experience
